4) My item arrived damaged or comes with missing parts, what should I do?

All items are carefully checked before they are shipped out, but in the unlikely event where your item was damaged in transit, fret not!
Simply take a picture of the product and drop us an email at shop@geniusxplay.com within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will be happy to do a 1-on-1 exchange or refund (for faulty items) or mail to you the missing parts (for items with missing parts).
