13) What is the policy for refunds and exchanges?

Please note that all products are non-refundable.
If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us to arrange for an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

For all exchanges please email shop@geniusxplay.com with the following details:
i) Date and proof of purchase
ii) Reason for exchange and photographic proof of defect/damage
If the exchange is approved, we will arrange for a 1-1 exchange for you.
In the event where the item is out of stock, we reserve the right to refund you with the equivalent amount.
