All orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Therefore, processed orders usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know soonest possible.
Yes you can. When items go out of stock, they will be labelled as “(product name) – Preorder”. These products can be purchased on a preorder basis. Any existing limited time discounts can also be applied to purchase pre-order products.
Do note that shipping for pre-order products may take up to 2 months from the time of your order.
All items are carefully checked before they are shipped out, but in the unlikely event where your item was damaged in transit, fret not!
Simply take a picture of the product and drop us an email at email@example.com within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will be happy to do a 1-on-1 exchange or refund (for faulty items) or mail to you the missing parts (for items with missing parts).
All kits come with instructions as well as video tutorials.

For bulk purchases of more than 5 items, please drop an email to us at email@example.com and we will reply to you within 2 business days.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover credit cards via Paypal. When making payment, you will be redirected to a secure Paypal platform so that you may shop with peace of mind.
You may also pay via PayNow to UEN 53318155X.
Once you have made payment, please email the following to firstname.lastname@example.org:
i) Date and time of transfer
ii) Transaction reference number
iii) Your iBank alias
Do note that if we do not receive payment within 7 days, your order will be considered void.
Self-collection is FREE and by appointment only. Please email us your preferred date and time of collection once you have selected the self-collection option at checkout. Our customer service officers would be happy to confirm the pick-up date and details with you via email.
The pick-up location is at 56 Serangoon Avenue 4.
*Due to COVID measures, this mode of collection is currently not available. Please select other modes of delivery, thank you for your understanding.
Local mail and courier service
Our delivery charges are as follows (all amounts in SGD):
Standard Delivery: $4.99
Express Delivery: $9.99
For Local orders above $100, delivery charges are waived and the delivery is free.
All items are delivered with a tracking ID and you can check on the status of your delivery at any time online.
International mail and courier service
For international orders, there are 2 modes of shipping available: Standard and Express. All items are shipped with a tracking ID and you can check on the status of your delivery at any time online.
Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. From the date of payment, delivery time for standard delivery is estimated to be within 5 working days.
If you need the items urgently, you may opt for express delivery, which may take 1-2 working days
Alternatively, self-collection is also available at 56 Serangoon Avenue 4, please arrange a timing before coming down to ensure that they will be someone to attend to you.
For international parcels, it may take 2-4 weeks to reach you. Most of the time your order will arrive a lot quicker but we want you to be aware that in some cases it may be delayed by the post office.
All items are delivered with a tracking ID and you can check on the status of your delivery at any time online. The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive or cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.
We provide up to 2 delivery attempts to ensure your items arrive safely in your hands. In the event of missed delivery, please rearrange redelivery using the tracking ID provided.
Yes we do! There are two shipping options available – standard (surface) mail and standard (surface) mail. Express mail takes between 5 and 12 working days and standard mail takes between 7 and 24 days. Charges would depend on the location where the parcel would be shipped to and would be advised accordingly.
If you wish to ship to a location outside of Singapore, please email email@example.com with the following details:
i) Items you wish to purchase
ii) Your shipping address
iii) Your preferred shipping option
Please note that all products are non-refundable.
If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us to arrange for an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
For all exchanges please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
i) Date and proof of purchase
ii) Reason for exchange and photographic proof of defect/damage
If the exchange is approved, we will arrange for a 1-1 exchange for you.
In the event where the item is out of stock, we reserve the right to refund you with the equivalent amount.
